Welcome to Monona Grove High School's production of Mary Poppins! We are so excited to have you participating in the musical this year. This is Virtual Callboard, our online scheduling and messaging system. 

To schedule a conflict: Go to the schedule tab, and click conflicts. Then hit the blue 'add a conflict' button. Give your conflict a name (such as Dentist Appointment or Piano Lesson), then select a date(s) and start/end time. If your conflict is very personal, you can click private conflict, but the only people who can see your conflicts are the stage managers and the directors. 

If you are absent from school or have a sudden conflict, please email the stage managers and the directors: lori.nahirniak@mgschools.net, rebecca.plourd@mgschools.net, austin.christensen@mgschools.net and lea.anderson@mgschools.net detailing what your situation is. If you have at least 24 hours notice on your conflict, please try to enter it on VCallboard. 

There is a mobile app for Virtual Callboard if you want a more portable version. Check your app store on your mobile device by searching for Virtual Callboard. 

Under the scheduling tab of the website there are two options, 'all calls' and 'my calls.' With 'my calls' you can only see rehearsals you have been added to. 'all calls' will show you every scheduled call, even those you do not have to attend. Actors are recommended to select 'my calls' to avoid confusion. To see if you are called to a rehearsal in 'all calls,' click on the call and look on the right side in the people called to this rehearsal section.
